We, the family Unterlercher welcome you to visit our house in the panoramic mountain scenery of the Zillertal.

Centrally located and surrounded by the beautiful Zillertal mountains, our apartment house is the ideal starting point for all sporting activities, whether skiing or snowboarding, hiking, cycling or climbing. All activities for your winter and summer holidays in the Zillertal start right in front of our house. The Spieljoch ski resortand the slopes are across the street and can be reached by foot. The ski school Total and the ski rental Sport2000 Rent are also at our house. The center of Fügen with its great shops, restaurants and bars is only 10 minutes walking distance and the famous Zillertal Thermal Spa is just a 15 minute walk away.

A brand new 8-seater cable car with its base station at the Hochfügener street. With shuttle buses it is possible to change over to the ski resort Hochfügen/Hochzillertal in only 8 minutes.
